About the UCR KIND lab

Research in the KIND Lab examines the brain bases that underlie the development of emotion understanding. We rely mainly on functional MRI, and physiological methods with children, adolescents, and adults. Our research questions inform typical development as well as atypical development, particularly disruptive behavior problems and social anxiety.
